The Center for Academic Advising, Retention, and Transitions (CAART) seeks your assistance in updating and proposing Campus Partner Learning materials for UNIV100 this fall. As you know, Campus Partner learning materials are crucial to student success in UNIV100 and are a rich resource for faculty and Peer Advisors.  As a valued Campus Partner, we hope you are as excited for fall as we are!

The process for updating materials has three phases. We hope this approach makes the work more palatable as it acknowledges your competing priorities and complements your summer orientation and fall preparation schedule.


Phase One:

Phase One: Due Monday, April 25th

  • Information sheet and Contact Information
  • Short responses

Phase Two:

Phase Two: Due Wednesday, June 1st

Please complete the Phase Two form that fits your campus partner description:

Returning Campus Partners with changed presenter/contributor or can accommodate more sections or Returning Campus Partner with changed learning materials:

Note: Please complete this Phase Two if you are a returning Campus Partner with new presenter/contributor or can accommodate more sections:

  • New complete contributor/presenter information
  • A change in the number of sections of UNIV100 you can accommodate
  • Indicate what sections of UNIV100 your office can accommodate

New Campus Partner or Mini Topic:

Note: Please complete this Phase Two if you are a new Campus Partner or presenting a Mini Topic.

  • Program proposal
  • Indicate new sections you can accommodate and/or complete contributor/presenter information section

More information about Phase Two will be sent at the completion of Phase One.


Phase Three:

Note: Please complete Phase Three if you are a returning Campus Partner with changed learning supplies, new Campus Partner, or presenting a Mini-Topic.
